Participation in sports is one of the best platforms for life skills development for young girls. WIN for KC has been empowering girls at Camp WIN since 1994. Camp WIN is a fun, safe and encouraging environment for girls ages 6-12 to sample a variety of sports and fitness activities over 4 days.  Each day also includes life skills training through our proprietary Live Active curriculum.  

BE A CAMP WIN COACH!

We are seeking area coaches and instructors to introduce campers to a broad range of sports. Format:

• Four sports are offered concurrently each day, in 1-hour blocks.
• Each block has 70-80 campers in (300 total campers).
• Commitment of 1 day per week (9:00am-3:30pm). 
  
• **Please note that Thursday, coaches will only do the morning session 9-noon.
• You can sign up for all three weeks of camp, or just one week of camp.  
• A $100 stipend is available for each HEAD COACH doing a full day of coaching. 
• **Coaches doing the half day on Thursday receive a $50 stipend. 
• You are responsible for supplying all equipment and assistant coaches as you see fit. 
• Assistant coaches will not be paid, only the head coach. 
• Assistant coaches should sign up for the same dates/times as their head coach.
